64 years old man, with a well differentiated squamous cells penile carcinoma. There was an ulcerated and purulent discharging lesion affecting glans and penile shaft with palpable lymph nodes bilaterally. The patient underwent a total penectomy and 3 months later, after antibiotic treatment, the bilateral inguinal lymphadenectomy was performed.
