According to the conditions and rules of a peer-reviewed scientific journal, only registrations under your true personal and institutional identity are accepted.

For verification please supply your institutional Email address. Please provide also information, in which rooster of a major scientific society or in which PubMed-listed publication your Email address is listed. An Email with your access data will be sent out to you after confirmation of your data.

In contrast to other Internet-based initiatives, this process seems to be a bit complicated. It is, for the time being, however the only way to ensure the scientific quality of this new publication format.
